Mr. Doctrow is a partner at McNees, Wallace & Nurick, where he is the Chair of the firm’s Technology & Intellectual Property Group. His practice focuses on trademark and copyright clearance and protection, advertising, branding strategies, and intellectual property licensing. Mr. Doctrow counsels clients on all aspects of domestic and international marketing and distribution matters, and is actively engaged in counseling franchise companies. He has lectured and authored materials on the subjects of advertising, trademark and copyright law, and has been a guest lecturer on trademark law at the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Doctrow is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and the Central Pennsylvania Technology Council. He serves on the Intellectual Property Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Mr. Doctrow obtained his J.D., with honors, from George Washington University National Law Center in 1982.
