Ms. Webster is a partner in the firm of Mellon & Webster in Doylestown, Bucks County, concentrating her practice in criminal defense. She received her Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University in 1983. Her J.D., cum laude, was awarded by the New England School of Law where she served as an editor on the Law Review and was awarded highest honors in Constitutional Law. She clerked for The Honorable Isaac S. Garb of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, after which she worked as a public defender in Bucks County for three years. She was appointed to The Governor s Task Force on Women s Mental Health in 1984 and The Governor s Judicial Merit Selection Committee in 1987. Ms. Webster was one of the original members of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has served as their CLE Chair, co-editor of the PACDL Forum and their President. She was honored as The March of Dimes, Women of Achievement in 1999. She served on the Advisory Committee to update the Pennsylvania Suggested Jury Instructions Criminal, the Crime Victim Law Project Advisory Committee and has presented monthly programs for the past nine years as Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Bucks County Bar Association. Ms. Webster is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations; the National and Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. She is on the Board of Directors of Buckingham Friend s School.
