Mark G. Arnold Husch & Eppenberger, LLC MR. MARK ARNOLD received his B.S. degree from the Oberlin College and his J.D. degree from Washington University. He is a member in the St. Louis office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC, where he chairs the firm's appellate practice group, briefing and arguing the more significant appellate cases. Mr. Arnold is the author of Chapter 2, Appeals--Who, What, When, Where and How published in the Missouri deskbook Appellate Court Practice. He has experience in all Missouri appellate courts and most federal appellate courts. Mr. Arnold is currently serving on the Missouri Supreme Court Rules Committee.
