Amy K. Kanyuk McDonald & Kanyuk, PLLC, Concord Amy K. Kanyuk, Esq. is a member at McDonald & Kanyuk, PLLC in Concord, NH where she concentrates her practice on estate, gift and generation-skipping planning for individuals and families of high net worth. She has done significant work in the areas of planned giving, family business succession planning and asset protection planning. She earned her B.S. from Penn State University and both her law degree and M.B.A. from Boston College. Amy is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel; a member of the NH Estate Planning Council; the NH Women’s Bar Association; and the NHBA’s Real Property Law, Taxation Law, and Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Law Sections. Amy served for many years as a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Law-Related Education Advisory Board and currently is a member of the Board of Editors of the New Hampshire Bar Journal and the NHBA’s Legislation Committee. She frequently lectures on a variety of tax and estate planning topics to civic groups, attorneys and other professionals. Amy has published many articles on tax and estate planning.
