Randy earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and his law degree from Boston University School of Law. He is a member of the NHBA’s Federal Practice Section, Municipal & Governmental Law Section, Real Property Section, Committee on Professionalism and Outreach Task Force. He is a former president of the New Hampshire Bar Association. As a member of the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents, he is a member of both the Program Committee and the Professional Reform Initiative, advocating the first initiative to address lawyer truthfulness.
