Virginia S. Sheehan Orr & Reno, PA Virginia Symmes Sheehan, Esq. is a founding member of the law firm of Flood, Sheehan & Tobin, PLLC in Concord, NH. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, gift tax, generation-skipping and fiduciary income tax law. She earned her B.A. from Macalester College in 1982 and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1988. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council and the NHBA’s Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Law Section.
