David N. Hofstein, Esq. Hofstein, Weiner & Levit, P.C., Philadelphia Mr. Hofstein is president of the domestic relations firm of Hofstein & Weiner, P.C. in Philadelphia. A frequent lecturer on family law and ethics, he is a Visiting Professor of Law at the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University, teaching courses on custody, equitable distribution and professional responsibility. Mr. Hofstein is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, for whom he is co-chair of the Continuing Legal Education Center. He previously served as co-chair of the national Special Interests of Children Committee. Mr. Hofstein has authored or co-authored numerous articles on family law and writes a periodic column for the Philadelphia Legal Intelligencer.
