John J. Cruciani Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin LLP, Kansas City MR. JOHN J. CRUCIANI is a partner with the Kansas City office of Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin LLP, practicing in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy group. Cruciani is a 1994 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He is licensed in Kansas and Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Johnson County Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant's certificate from the state of Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs. He is board certified in business and consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification (ABC), and was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the ABC.
