Michael M. Mustokoff, Esq. Duane Morris, LLP, Philadelphia Mr. Mustokoff currently serves as the Chairman of the Special Litigation Group at Duane Morris LLP. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Albright College in 1969 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1972. Mr. Mustokoff was an Assistant Philadelphia District Attorney and served as Chief of that Office’s Economic Crime Unit. Mr. Mustokoff is a frequent lecturer and author of numerous articles on the subject of healthcare fraud and abuse and other matters of general interest to health care providers. He concentrates much of his practice in the representation of the healthcare industry in civil, criminal and regulatory proceedings.
