Martin S. Kardon, Esq. Kanter, Bernstein and Kardon P.C., Philadelphia Mr. Kardon is a shareholder in the firm of Kanter, Bernstein and Kardon, PC of Philadelphia. He has been a member of the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts since 1977. After serving until 1982 as an Assistant City Solicitor in the Philadelphia Law Department, he had represented injured persons in claims for nursing home malpractice, medical malpractice, automobile negligence and premises liability. He is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyer’s Association, Pennsylvania Association of Justice, and the American Association of Justice- where he serves on the Executive Committee of the Nursing Homes Litigation Group. Mr. Kardon is a frequent lecturer throughout Pennsylvania on the topics of nursing home abuse and neglect and litigates these cases throughout the state.
