Kevin J. McKeon, Esq. Hawke McKeon & Sniscak, LLP, Harrisburg Mr. McKeon is a partner in the firm of Hawke McKeon & Sniscak LLP of Harrisburg, where he concentrates his practice in federal and state energy law matters, other administrative agency litigation, and appellate practice. He served as law clerk to the late Honorable President Judge James S. Bowman, and then as Deputy Prothonotary for Law of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He is a co-author of Pennsylvania Appellate Practice, an annually updated three volume treatise on appellate litigation in Pennsylvania. A frequent lecturer on appellate and administrative law issues, he is a member James S. Bowman American Inn of Court, and the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, American and Energy Bar Associations. He received his undergraduate degree from LaSalle University and his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University.
