Kevin D. DeBre Kevin DeBré is the founder and Chair of the IP Section’s Licensing Interest Group and a partner with Stubbs Alderton and Markiles, LLP. Kevin is a registered patent lawyer and his practice focuses on structuring and negotiating transactions involving technology commercialization and licensing. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis and graduated from Hastings College of the Law. Before law school, Kevin worked as an engineer in energy conservation and management technologies at Pacific Gas & Electric Co.
