Daniel W. Sklar Nixon Peabody, LLP, Manchester Daniel W. Sklar is partner and the bankruptcy and reorganization group leader of Nixon Peabody, LLP in Manchester. He concentrates his practice in the areas of lending transactions, loan workouts and liquidations, bankruptcy reorganizations, and lender liability. Dan earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975, his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1978 and his L.L.M. in 1982 from Boston University Law School. He is licensed to practice before the state courts of New Hampshire, the United States District Court of New Hampshire, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Dan is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Commercial Law League of America, Turnaround Management Association, New Hampshire Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is also a member of the NHBA’s Corporation, Bank & Business Law Section.
