Rory L. Perry Clerk West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals Rory L. Perry is Clerk for the WV Supreme Court of Appeals in Charleston where he has been primarily responsible for developing and implementing an updated case management system. He received his B.A. with Honors from Marshall University and earned his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law where he was a member of the WV Law Review. He is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable David L. Core and is a former Assistant Attorney General for the state.
