Martin A. Heckscher, Esq. Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, P.C., West Coshohocken Mr. Heckscher is a partner in the West Conshohocken and Philadelphia firm of Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, P.C., where he specializes in estate, probate and trust law practice with an emphasis on fiduciary litigation. Until October 1994, he was a senior partner at Duane, Morris & Heckscher, where he chaired its Estates and Trust Department for 17 years. In 1986, Mr. Heckscher chaired the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Law Section. Mr. Heckscher is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a former member of its Board of Regents and Executive Committee. He was secretary to the Supreme Court’s Orphans’ Court Rules Committee from 1986 to 1992. Mr. Heckscher is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee. A graduate of Harvard College, he received his LL.B. from Harvard Law School.
