Eileen Fox Clerk of Court NH Supreme Court, Concord Eileen Fox is the clerk of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. As clerk, Eileen has primary responsibility for the administrative operation of the Court. Prior to being appointed, she served as the Court’s legal counsel for four years. She earned her B.A. from Loyola University of Maryland in 1976 and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati in 1982. Eileen is a member of the NHBA’s Committee on Cooperation with the Courts. Eileen also serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the National Association of Appellate Court Clerks. 10/12 TL
