Alan R. Palmiter Wake Forest University School of Law Alan R. Palmiter is Professor of Law at Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem. His principal areas of teaching are Securities and Corporate Law. He is a member of the Business Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. He received his B.S. degree from Ohio State University in 1975 and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan in 1980.
