Thomas  Cady Professor WVU College of Law Professor Cady received a B.A. from Rice University and earned an LL.B. from the University of Texas School of Law where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team, was National Champion of the International Law Moot Court Team, served as National Administrator of the International Moot Court Team, and was a Ford Foundation International Legal Studies Working Scholar. Professor Cady later earned an LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was an E. Barrett Prettyman Fellow in Trial Advocacy. Professor Cady currently teaches torts, insurance law, and workers' compensation.
