He is a former construction attorney, project design engineer and multi-disciplinary project manager with expertise in capital projects development. Coleman has presided over several hundred technically complex arbitrations arising in the real estate development, construction claims, construction defect, and commercial business arenas, with an aggregate case-disposition value exceeding 500 million dollars.
