Stephen T.  Parascandola Stephen T. Parascandola is a partner with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jemigan, L.L.P. in Raleigh. His principal area of practice are Environmental Law, Commercial Real Estate and Business Law. He is a member of the Business Law, Environmental Law and Real Property Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association. Mr. Parascandola is also a member of the Wake County, New York State and American Bar Associations; the Florida Bar; North Carolina State Bar; North Carolina Association of Environmental Professionals and the North Carolina Citizens for Business and Industry. He received his B.A. degree from Eckerd College in 1984 and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1988.
