Kevin Mohr

Kevin Mohr is a Professor of Law at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, where he teaches Contracts, Intellectual Property and Legal Ethics. After clerking for United States District Judge John S. Rhoades for two years, he worked in Los Angeles practicing intellectual property law. He has been teaching law at Western State University for eleven years. He is Vice Chair of the State Bar's Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC) and Consultant to the Commission for the Revision of the California Rules of Professional Conduct. He is a graduate of Yale Law School and the State University of New York at Binghamton.
