Ron Maroko, Esq. Ron Maroko has been a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee since. 1989. Mr. Maroko has been a member of COPRAC since 2001. He recently served on the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Subcommittee, which issued a Report on Bankruptcy Petition Preparers and the Unauthorized Practice of Law in the Bankruptcy Courts of the Central District of California. Mr. Maroko is a graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Law, holds a Masters of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
