Colleen Kinerk Cable, Langenbach, Kinerk & Bauer, LLP, Seattle Colleen Kinerk is a partner in the law firm of Cable, Langenbach, Kinerk & Bauer, LLP. She represents employees and employers on a wide range of labor related issues in state and federal court. In recent years, Ms. Kinerk has served as a mediator and has worked in collaboration with parties and their counsel to reach negotiated resolutions. She is a frequent lecturer at CLEs, has taught in the NITA program and has served as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Washington Law School and the University of Puget Sound. A former state president of Washington Women Lawyers, Ms. Kinerk is active on committees of the State and King County Bar Associations.[June 2012]
