Earl M. Jones
Mr. Jones is in the Dallas office of Littler Mendelson and practices in all areas of employment litigation-in particular, discrimination, wrongful discharge, mandatory arbitration, OSHA and non-competition agreements. A cum laude graduate of the SMU School of Law, where he served as lead articles editor of the SMU Law Review, Mr. Jones writes extensively on labor and employment law matters and recently coauthored Recent Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence, Houston Bar Journal, September/October, Vol. 39, No.2. Mr. Jones has been a CPA since 1987.
