Jacob H. Menashe Hickman Menashe, P.S., Lynnwood Jacob H. Menashe is a graduate of University of California Hastings College of the Law and Stanford University. Jacob and his partner, William S. Hickman, opened their practice, Hickman Menashe, P.S., in January 2005. Before that, Jacob worked for Isenhour Bleck P.L.L.C., Senator Ron Wyden, and Evergreen and Columbia Legal Services. His practice emphasizes estate and long-term care planning, special needs trusts, probate, guardianship and Social Security/SSI disability appeals. Jacob is a Past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Washington State Bar.[April 2012]
