Christine M. Tobin–Presser Bush Strout & Kornfeld, Seattle Christine M. Tobin-Presseris a native of Seattle and a partner in the firm of Bush Strout & Kornfeld where she represents debtors, secured creditors and trustees. Christine’s practice emphasizes commercial creditor-debtor issues, out-of-court workout agreements, Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidations. Christine earned her B.A. degree in English from the University of Washington and her J.D. from the University of Oregon. She is a member of the King County and Federal Bar Associations and is the former Chair of the King County Bar Association Bankruptcy Section.[July 2010]
