Hon. Edward Infante Santa Clara County Superior Court Hon. Edward Infante received his A.B. in economics at Boston College in 1962, his J.D. at Boston University School of Law in 1965, and Naval Justice School on Military Law in 1966. Judge Infante was appointed to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California in 1990. He served as a magistrate judge with the U.S. District court, Southern District of California, Snan Diego from 1973 – 1986, and also served as a reserve military judge and captain with the U.S. Naval reserve, 1980 – 1990.
