Paul Krulisky Fennemore Craig, Phoenix Paul Krulisky is a director with Fennemore Craig, P.C., practicing in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Mr. Krulisky is the immediate past chair of the Securities Regulations Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and serves on the Board of Directors of the TASER Foundation. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Invest Southwest Capital Conference, Arizona Venture Capital Conference Committee and the Arizona Angel Investment Conference Committee.
