RANDY NUSSBAUM is a shareholder at Jaburg & Wilk, P.C., in the bankruptcy department. He received his B.A., cum laude, and his law degree from Arizona State University. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Bankruptcy, Real Estate, and Construction Sections), the Scottsdale and Maricopa County Bar Associations. He is a committee co-chair for the Maricopa County Bar Association CLE Committee and vice chair of the Maricopa County Bankruptcy Section. He is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. His practice concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy, in which he is a certified specialist, real estate, construction and contracting law. He is a frequent lecturer and author for the State Bar of Arizona and Maricopa County Bar Associations, the Arizona State University Alumni Association, and a number of professional and trace groups on both bankruptcy and real estate topics. In 1992, 1993, and 1995, he spoke at the Arizona State Bar convention on current bankruptcy issues. He is also a contributing editor of the Layman’s Law Guide and has appeared on a cable television series, Law Talk, as the featured expert on bankruptcy. Additionally, he has authored a comprehensive bankruptcy seminar, “Bankruptcy Ambushes Lurking in the Legal Jungle”, of which this program is the tenth annual.
