Peter Economidis is a shareholder in the Tucson law firm of Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana, P.C.. He received his B.S. from the University of Rochester in 1958, his M.S. in Industrial Relations from the University of Arizona in 1963, and his J.D. from the University of Arizona in 1965. Mr. Economidis was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1966; the U.S. District Court of Arizona in 1966; the U.S. Supremne Court in 1970; and the Eastern District of Wisconsin in 1982. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Arizona, and Pima County Bar Association, and has served on several committees of both bar associations. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (1974-present), serving as President of the Local Chapter (1987-1988); mediation certification from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (1999). He also served on the Governorís Task Force on Marriage and Family (1976-1978). He is named in all editions of Naifeh and Smithís The Best Lawyers in America and is a frequent lecturer on matrimonial law topics.
