Over the last few years, the Business Law Section has issued opinion letter reports on the remedies opinion, opinions in business transactions, and UCC opinions. These reports are carefully coordinated to work with each other.

In this advanced program, reporters for each of these projects will explain how these reports fit together and how to use the reports in your opinion letter practice.
