MCLE Requirements

Total hours required every three years: 25 hours

Maximum "self-study" hours: 12.5 hours

Members must fulfill at least one-half of their MCLE requirement with activities approved for "participatory" MCLE credit.

Webcasts
CLE Web casts are live programs that offer participatory credit and are accessible only on the day of the program.
You are responsible for reporting your own credit on a compliance card. However, BASF does provide you with a certificate which is proof of attendance/participation. You must keep this certificate for your records for four years.
A partial credit form is automatically generated electronically should you watch only a portion of the live Web cast program.

On Demand content is previously recorded CLE programs that count as participatory (on Legal Span) credit.

CLE Podcasts are pre-recorded audio portions of a CLE program that you can download to your computer or any portable audio player.
