Probate Court-Appointed Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem Training
 
Pursuant to the mandate of Rule 10 of the Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure, all court appointed attorneys and guardians ad litem must complete this three-hour training course by September 1, 2012.
 

The course will cover the duties of the court-appointed attorney and guardian ad litem including the following topics:

  • Statutory Procedures and Rules of Probate Procedure

Guardian Ad Litem
