Jochen Sties Studied mechanical engineering, specializing in aerospace technology at the Technical University of Munich, received a Diploma of Engineering in 1994. Internship at MTU North America, Houston/Texas. Joined Prinz & Partner in 1991. Passed the German patent bar examination in 1997. European Patent and Trademark Attorney since 1998. Master of Law in European Intellectual Property, Masters thesis on the protection of intellectual property as a fundamental right under the German constitution, the EU Community law and the European Human Rights Convention. Guest lecturer on the Executive MBA Study Program in Innovation and Business Creation at the Technical University of Munich. Attendee of WIPO workshop on Mediation in Intellectual Property Disputes. Member of GRUR (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
