Catherine Leas is a solo practitioner located in Sun City, Arizona. Catherine is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and as an Estates and Trusts Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. Her practice is focused on long term care planning, estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, mediation for probate matters, representation of Guardians, Conservators and wards, special needs trusts, and elder abuse and exploitation cases. She is a member of the State Bar’s committee for certification of Estates and Trusts attorneys and a member and immediate past President of the Board of Trustees of the West Valley Symphony Association. She is a member of the Special Needs Alliance, an organization of attorneys involved in special needs trusts, and chairs that organization’s education committee.
