Join us for our annual animal law seminar, co-sponsored by the State Bar of Arizona’s Animal Law Section. Seminar faculty discuss the legal limits on advocacy by non-profits, including animal rescues, as well as broader issues related to representing organizations with a charitable mission.
Topics include:

“Political” activity permissible by charities pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code and other state and federal laws;

Registration, filing and disclosure requirements for non-profits;

A panel discussion on legal issues arising when choosing to represent animal rescues and other non-profit organizations.
