Intro to Bankruptcy Part 1 will address the following topics:

·         A General Overview Introduction to Bankruptcy
 

·         Foreclosures, Deeds of Trust Sales, and a creditor`s ability to Pursue Deficiencies; and

  • A Discussion of the General Elements and issues involved in Bankruptcy, i.e. property of the estate, exempt property, dealing with the government and the impact of a bankruptcy on taxes, etc.
