Judges Norris and Timmer will demonstrate what they would like to see from the bench. Mr. Barton will address drafting contracts and transactional documents that will stand up in litigation, plus the art of writing a good letter. Judge Norris will also address drafting pleadings, trial court briefs and general writing skills.
