This presentation will focus on the trial aspect of personal injury cases - Why it`s important to go to trial in this current economic landscape, how to try one of these cases, how to ask for damages, when to be confident and when to be cautious, and generally anything else that would be helpful to a lawyer getting ready to go to trial on a personal injury case. The point of this presentation will be that it is more important now than ever to go into the courtroom and put your case in front of a Jury.
