This program will deliver humanitarian law aspects and an overview of the treaty and cultural challenges in working with crisis struck nations on foreign placement of orphaned children. A foundation on domestic placement will dovetail into the expansion of adoption practices on a global level, particularly as it pertains to international adoption.
