The Rules of Procedure for Eviction Actions (“RPEA”) were adopted at the Supreme Court’s rules agenda on December 9, 2008.
These rules govern the procedure in the superior courts and justice courts involving forcible and special detainer actions, which are jointly referred to in these rules as “eviction actions”.
