Benjamin J. Burnside, Bogutz & Gordon, P.C., will review the court’s recent focus on the sustainability of conservatorships and the availability of a protected person’s funds over the long term. He will analyze the issue of sustainability in the context of conservatorships and trusts.
Alex Hobson, Duffield Adamson & Helenbolt, PC, will offer practical advice on estate tax planning in 2012 and beyond in light of the unknown future of the estate, GST and gift tax laws. He will also discuss fiduciary income taxes.
